Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is our centralized investment Practice. Publicis Media agencies collectively go to market with a single voice to leverage our clients’ combined investment scale to deliver clear pricing advantages to clients, access to top-quality inventory, flexibility in planning criteria, and innovation in all aspects of media investment management. It is the largest media network in the US and second largest globally. As investment evolves from traditional media buying with offline suppliers based on share and volume, to data-led precision marketing, PMX ensures our clients continue to receive sustainable and transparent competitive advantage.
HOW WE INTERVIEW AND HIRE
Our interview process generally begins with a call with a member of our recruiting team to help you better understand the opportunity and give us a glimpse into your aspirations and motivations, as well as help you decide if Publicis Media is the right place for you to be your happiest and most successful self.
From there, we will set up a more technical phone call with one of our hiring leaders so you can share with us your problem-solving ability and technical acumen. Lastly, you will be invited onsite to meet with and interview members from our team. Our on-site process is designed to assess for a broad range of skills so that we can gain a holistic understanding of what you bring to the team and where you will make a lasting contribution. Additionally, the onsite is truly reflective of how we work and will include candid discussion around what it is like to work at Publicis Media on a daily basis.
