In the recent Polis report ‘Journalism and Artificial Intelligence’ by the London School of Economics, it is stated that AI Journalism technology ‘has the potential for wide-ranging and profound influence on how journalism is made and consumed’. We aim to democratize ‘AI Journalism’ solutions for the industry, delivering efficiencies and trusted content to consumers.

LOYAL AI is owned by TRUE 212 Limited, our client portfolio includes FTSE 250 companies such as Workspace plc, Picturehouse Cinemas (part of the Cineworld Group) and The Big Issue.

Share Option Scheme

We offer a company share option scheme to employees that play key roles in growing our business with the senior management team, working with us on executing the long-term strategy of the business to achieve success. Employees that qualify are invited to join after 12 months of employment.

Flexible Working

We understand that some tasks can be carried out efficiently remotely, and therefore an element of remote working can be agreed with senior management on a case by case basis. We are fully aware that the COVID-19 situation has also impacted on the way we work and are embracing these changes with flexible and agile working practices.

Recruitment Process

• There will be an initial call or informal meeting with the Managing Director, Digital. This will be an opportunity for you to find out more about LOYAL AI, and for us to learn about your background, core skills and ambitions.

• A technical online test will then take place, specific to the role you are applying for.

• There will then be an on-site presentation by you to the senior management team at LOYAL AI, working to a brief set by us. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions, and meet the wider team at our offices.

If successful, we will send you heads of terms and then shape the offer/package together.
