Who We Are

TREEZ is an enterprise retail and integrated ecommerce software platform. We're funded, growing quickly, and looking for a couple gifted engineers who want to make a real difference in the cannabis industry. The job is challenging, but rewarding. We are only looking for people at a point in their life/career where they are willing to make the commitment to do something BIG.

Our goal is to optimize and automate cannabis dispensary operations, creating a cooperative ecosystem that allows operators to continually improve every aspect of their business, from employee management, to inventory control, to patient care. By easily adapting to your brand, and collecting valuable data from every corner of your business, Treez offers something wholly unique to cannabis operators, large and small.

The Culture

We’re a startup that’s hitting our stride. You know what that means, right? Fast-paced atmosphere, super driven and brilliant people, and evolving technical challenges that should excite the most passionate of engineers. We welcome strong opinions if you can back them up! You might want to line someone up to walk the dog because there will be some late nights around release times. We’re already working with some of the biggest players in California, and that hasn’t gone to our heads. We’ve got an aggressive time table for major market capture and we intend to make it happen. What will you be doing

You are not just a developer, you are an awesome architect. You dream up innovative solutions that work based on inspiration from a variety of sources including tactical experience. With a solid understanding of the space, you are able to think through functional scenarios to develop a well thought out kick ass solution. As part of the core engineering team, you will take ownership of a part of the product, build the quality stable and stable back end components, while coordinating the necessary front end components and infrastructure needs if required.

We need you to run point and be a pragmatist and a true leader within the organization.
Recent startup and/or high volume innovative retail experience is a huge plus. You will be part of an Agile team that ensures quality delivery in an ever-changing, iterative environment. You are a naturally driven, problem solver who provides multiple replicable solutions to real world problems.

We’ve got a proven on-boarding/transition plan in place. You’ll be exposed to real world client environments - step one is to see and experience the unique capabilities of our platform at work. Step two is to plan accordingly and execute, execute, execute.
