History Highlights

• Chris Ronzio (CEO and founder of Trainual) started his first business, EVC (Event Video Company), at age 14 in Boston
• Over a period of 10-11 years, there were lots of changes in technology and the start of remote employee work
• While the Team did events across the country, Chris focused on processes and Jonathan joined the EVC team
• They identified distinct roles that they needed train on repeatable processes
• In 2013, Chris sold EVC and launched Organize Chaos, an operations consulting firm that mapped out processes & workflows, roles & responsibilities
• Chris observed that most companies were lacking documentation for how their businesses operated
• Chris acquired the code for a prototype of what became Trainual from students at ASU, then hired developers to make it better
• 3 years into consulting Chris had 27 clients using Trainual
• In 2017, Zach Stradling, Director of Engineering, joined the team and he and Chris rebuilt Trainual
• When consulting work went crazy busy, Chris had the bonkers idea to ask the team about going "all in" with Trainual. All said yes! We officially launched in 2018. And boom, here we are today!
