We are believers in the notion of "best idea wins" and have everyone participate in the company and production vision, as well as, their individual job roles. We just don't believe the idea of "act like an owner", we encourage everyone to live it in their daily work.

A huge advantage to joining Track is the ability to have no legacy! So come and have a hand in setting the technical direction of the company. We are looking to innovate with the latest, most efficient and effective technologies rather than repeating what we did in our past jobs. Thus, serverless, AWS, Vue/React, NativeScript, React Native etc. are foremost on our minds.
