    ThoughtWorks - More than 30% of our developers in the United States are women. We have a long way to go, but we're committed to continuing our efforts to find, train, hire and keep the best technical women out there.
    ThoughtWorks - As consultants, we most often work at our clients' offices to facilitate collaboration. Consulting means new teams, tech stacks, and challenges on a constant basis - it's definitely never boring!
