In short, we focus on the actual value each product produces, rather than shipping and developing features. We allow metrics and data to guide our decisions, without removing opportunities for inspiration or innovation.

The latest technologies - Our current go-to tech stack for new projects includes Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, Apollo, Express, TypeGraphQL, TypeORM, Postgres, NextJS, and React Native.

Our Assessment Process

1. Introductory Meeting - This is a 15 min video call for you to explore if working with us will give you access to the right projects and opportunities for your career goals and happiness.
2. Technical Assessment - After the video call we want to dive deeper into your technical expertise. This will typically be a 1-2 hour technical challenge followed by a 1-hour deep-dive session with our Tech Lead.
3. Product & Culture Fit Discussion - Finding someone who has a passion for their craft is really important to us. This session will typically be a 1-hour video call with our Lead Product Manager where we can get to know more about your style of building products and teams.
