We’re a smart and passionate bunch: We live technology. We practice Agile methodology using scrum which combines rapid, test-driven development, collaboration, and a dearth of boredom. Projects change quickly and there’s always something new to learn or do. Our teammates are driven, high-performing, and creative. We can see the fruits of our labor every day. And we’re modest to boot.

We’re about the We, not Me: We don’t point fingers and scream if we find ourselves challenged. We support each other. Challenges actually make us band together and work harder. We’re proud of our work and take care of our customers; we won’t deploy anything we aren’t dang near 100% sure about. Our executive team is made up of smart business people and care about their company and its employees like we were family (which we are, in a way).

We’re stable: We have a great parent company and never have to worry about where our next pencil or paycheck is coming from. We have security now and in the future.

We’re fun: Sounds cliché, but it’s true. We take lunches. We bike to work. We go for runs in the afternoon. We work out. We have the requisite free soft drinks and Jelly Bellys. We start work at a decent time and leave at a reasonable hour. And we have well-planned and valuable company events which are all about cutting loose and celebrating successes.
