Our interview process:

The goal of our interview process is to learn more about your strengths and what you bring to the team, while making sure you leave with a solid understanding of the role and life at Super Dispatch!

Over three steps via Zoom, you'll be meeting a member of our People team, a future manager, and future teammates. Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical assignment. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions so you can get a good understanding of whether the role and Super Dispatch will be good fit for you.
