Our Interview Process

... is pretty standard but with a little extra "get to know you" time because every hire is critical at our early stage:

1. Into call: you learn about the company and the role. We learn about you and your goals. (phone/video)
2. Resume deep dive (video or in-person)
3. [Engineers] Coding interview (remote)
4. Briefly meet the other founders (in-person)
5. ~1/2 day on-site problem solving + cultural fit (in-person)
