so-sure has redesigned insurance to be consumer-centric to address the two main pain points of consumer insurance: price and claim experience.
We provide consumers with insurance that is:
- amazing if you need us (<3days fulfilment vs 4-18days by competition)
- up to 80% money back, every year, if you don't need us.
We do so by taking insurance back to its 17th-century roots, when incentives were aligned across the value chain and customers got money back when there were no claims and made it scalable through 21st-century technology (new model, AI, proprietary anti-fraud tech).
Our ambitions are global and across consumers lines and we started by addressing the £1bn UK cell phone insurance market. Next year we are launching a new line in the UK and looking at international expansion.
Our CEO and Founder, Dylan Bourguignon, spent 10 years in investment, mostly focused on insurance where he identified the issue between lack of customer-centric insurance and large margins for industry players. He then co-founded Growth 365 for Grant Thornton (fastest acquisition channel for them) and Cycle Syndicate (so-sure's 2 year MVP). He has MBA from Harvard and two Engineering Masters.
