About the Business Technology Group

Technical innovation is critical to Servcorp’s success. Our commitment to technology investment over the past 5 years has seen profits jump from $2.5M to $33.14M and revenues increase by 15% to $277.38M. As a member of the technology team, you’ll be working to build the technology of Servcorp’s future.

The team works in a fast paced Agile environment with a focus on using Microsoft and Open Source technologies (Azure, NServiceBus, Angular.js, SignalR etc), working with the latest tooling (VS2015 and .NET 4.5) and fostering growth and development by encouraging continued self-improvement and knowledge sharing.

You’ll be contributing to real code from day 1 and see your work running in production that will be making a difference within weeks.

How We Interview & Hire

Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Servcorp is a mutual fit.
If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone call to either deep dive into your resume (Business roles), or for a technical screen (Infrastructure/Development).
Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet several key stakeholders on the team, as well as our CIO.
