We are a London based infratech company that builds advanced, automated, B2C self-service networks that promote, sell and manage customer interactions on behalf of financial services businesses. Our networks enable our partners to have a cost-effective, fully interactive, ‘physical’ presence, replacing or complementing traditional direct retail distribution.
Our interview process is relatively straight forward:
Step 1. We reach out to you for a 15-20 minute chat where you get to know us and we get to know you.
Step 2. A take-home technical assignment which takes 3-4 hours on average
Step 3: An interview with the Head of Development and a member of the Dev team where we collaborate on software design, development practices and ask technical questions, followed by assessment of the cultural fit for both the company and you!
You will have plenty of chances to ask questions, in fact we encourage them :)
