We believe that a great working culture is essential for a productive team and a successful business. That's why we've created a highly collaborative environment, where idea-sharing and experimentation is encouraged, where there's no such thing as a hierarchy, and where a relaxed and flexible approach characterises everything we do. Our home is in the White Collar Factory on Old Street Roundabout, with a fantastic open plan space and a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city - it really is the perfect place to wind down after day's work. We're a dedicated bunch, and know how to work hard when necessary, but we also know how to make the most of our downtime with regular team/company social events, informal sports clubs, and a generous 30 days annual leave!
Our interview process begins with an introductory call to help you understand the opportunity and give you an insight into what it is like to work at Runpath and to ensure it is the right opportunity for you. From there, we will ask you to complete a short technical test and send it back to us for our Engineering team to review. Lastly, you will be invited into our offices in Old Street to conduct a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager and one or two developers from the team.
We use the face-to-face interview to get to know you a bit better, so we can assess where you would fit in our team, and to evaluate a broad range of skills so we can get a better understanding of your experience. We try to ensure the whole interview process is clear and transparent, so throughout the process you will work closely with our Internal Recruiters who are always on hand for any questions.
