Our Interview Process:
Typically we start off with an initial screening call from someone on our Recruitment team to find out more about you and what you are looking for and also let you know more about us and answer any questions you may have about Replicon.
Next, depending on the role, we like to evaluate your technical skills for the role. This could involve a coding exercise in the office, a take home assignment for you to send back to us or a technical panel interview where we throw a bunch of different questions at you to resolve.
Finally, you’ll have office interviews with your potential hiring manager and may even involve our executive leadership for our Engineering team.
