Benefits

• 15 days of vacation per year (employees earn 1.25 days of vacation per month).
• 8 regular holidays and 5 floating holidays.
• Fully paid company medical insurance with Blue Cross/Blue Shield Preferred Provider Plan (meaning you can go to any doctor without referrals). It is a high deductible plan (deductible is $2,700 per person, $5,400 per family). The Medical Reimbursement Account will reimburse you 80% of your eligible out-of-pocket costs up to $1,300 per person, $2,600 per family. Your maximum out-of-pocket expense per calendar year will be $1,300 per person/$2,600 per family. This includes prescriptions.
• Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability premiums are deducted as voluntary insurances on your paycheck in order to receive potential future benefits on a tax-free basis. The total cost of the premiums coverages are included in your annual salary.
• There are plans you may elect to sign up for at your cost for dental, vision, life insurance, and legal services.
• QsrSoft will contribute 3% of your annual salary into our 401K program. You may make deferred tax contributions, after-tax ROTH contributions or do nothing.
• QsrSoft provides a technology allowance that covers a typical cell phone plan, as well as a laptop and its associated accessories for our Bring Your Own Device policy.
