Prelude was founded in 2017 by Alex and Will. They worked together at Clever, where they needed to grow their teams. But they quickly found out that the hiring process was broken – the recruiting team was spending over 50% of their time and energy on what they called “Calendar Tetris,” manually scheduling every interview!
Prelude is building a better hiring process. Every touch point with a candidate is an opportunity for teams to tell their story and create joy. From scheduling, to candidate communications and content, to interviewing – teams only have one shot to show the best candidates who they are.
