PaymentWorks is a small company solving large problems for businesses.

We were founded in 2014 with the vision that we could create a better supplier information management (SIM) solution. To meet the growing reporting, compliance, and collaboration requirements of companies and their suppliers, businesses should be able to connect and communicate with each other as easily as people connect on LinkedIn or Facebook.

SO WHAT DOES THAT ALL MEAN?

Our customers are large organizations that have thousands of vendors, contractors, and businesses that need to be be paid for the goods and services they provide. For every supplier, vital information must be collected, validated, and kept up-to-date. Before PaymentWorks, this process was slow, expensive, and prone to error. We automate these processes, protecting our customers from fraud and facilitating timely correct transactions.

WHERE ARE WE?

We're a small team with a significant and growing list of customers. Our office is conveniently located in Waltham, feet from the Brandeis commuter rail and an easy commute from Boston, Cambridge, MetroWest, Rhode Island, all over the place. Our space is open and colorful, with a cafeteria, free gym, and nearby walking trails.
