We are looking for a core back-end developer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails and relevant experience working with the frameworks listed below. Experience with Javascript is also a big plus. As a full member of our team, you can also participate in our stock options and healthcare plans. This is a full-time office position in New York City.

Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of web development
- 3+ years of Ruby/Rails development
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, Route 53, RDS)
- Experience with MySQL
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Passion for development and learning new techniques
