Technical Hire Interview Process

For a senior engineer and above role, this is how we interview:

1 - A first call with one of our two co-founders. This is primarily to get to know you a little better and an opportunity for us to tell you more about Oncue
2 - We will then invite you in for 2-3 on-site interviews. We hate to call them interviews because of how we structure them. They're more an opportunity to discuss and debate architecture, review some code together, and talk about the real challenges and trade-offs in software development. We think about these as a two-way conversation to assess fit.
