    Engineering Culture

    All teams at Nurole are united by their passion for continuous learning and improvement, and nowhere is this truer than in the engineering teams; we believe that investing heavily in engineering talent is the best way to thrive.

    The cross-functional product teams at Nurole are deliberately small and autonomous - we hire smart people and do everything we can to support them in delivery. They work closely with users, both internal and external, to understand their needs and build a product that they truly love.

    We strongly believe in pair programming as a knowledge-sharing tool and a methodology to deliver the best software possible. There are no hard and fast rules, but our engineers regularly spend large chunks of their days working in pairs.

    Hybrid Working

    We believe the best engineers can do their work from anywhere, but also recognise the significant value in face-to-face interaction and collaboration. As such, we're currently operating a hybrid model with everyone working three days a week in the office and two from home (although you are always welcome to come to the office any day of the week should you wish to!).
