The insurance industry was built on the desire to help communities by pulling together and sharing risks. Over time, however, this force for good has eroded. Today, few consumers trust their insurers. There has to be a better way.

That’s why Neos is focusing on preventing bad things from happening to good people. We take the latest Smart Home technology, premium home insurance, 24/7 monitoring and home assistance and combine it all into a simple, holistic package of home protection. It's like a digital guardian, always looking after the things that matter most. All for a similar price of a traditional insurance policy.

While we’re still very much a fast-moving startup company, we also enjoy the backing of our majority shareholder Aviva. Our collaborative and sociable team has already grown by almost 40% in 2019 and we have opened a second Neos office, a short walk from Brighton train station
