What We Do
At Mantl we are building next generation banking software. Founded by two serial entrepreneurs, with backgrounds in finance and the blockchain, we are a team of young, energetic and fun individuals.
Our products are built to power local, national and international banks. Internally, we help banks collect, store and access their data to improve internal efficiency and customer outcomes. Externally we aim to delight consumers with best-in-class front-end design and a beautiful simplicity that is often missing in the banking sector.
We are New York City, born and raised and are also looking for other like minded individuals to join our growing team.
How We Interview & Hire
Our interview process begins with an introductory call to identify if there is mutual interest in working together. We view the interview process as very much a two-way "get to know each other" and encourage candidates to ask questions and interview us as a company.
From there, we will conduct a technical screen, in person. This screen will typically involved a coding test, white boarding session and time with our CTO or other senior engineer team member. Finally, you'll meet with our CEO and COO to understand our culture, business goals and aspirations.
