We get it, talking about sex problems can be embarrassing, our founders have been there. We’re changing the narrative around issues in the bedroom. They’re scary and isolating - no amount of light-hearted aubergines emojis will change that 🍆. We’re bringing men the solutions that all too often they don’t know exist.

It's been a year since our launch, we have had crazy global growth with 50,000 members in 64 countries and counting. We have pulled off the biggest sex and health tech seed round in Europe and Mojo is now backed by two of London's top VC firms. Everyone is talking about us… we were the front cover of the Sunday Times on Valentines day.

Our engineering team

We're a small, versatile and growing team that includes the ex-CTO of Cuvva and the co-founder of Poolside FM.

Our engineers are passionate about building something that solves real human pain points.
We primarily build in React, React Native and Go. Our team is collaborative, curious and always striving to learn. As a member of engineering here, you will have the autonomy and support you need to enjoy and develop your craft.

Interviewing with us

Our interview process is quick because we are good at knowing when we are onto a good thing.

Phone Screen

First, a call with one of our co-founders, Angus or Xander. The purpose of this call is as much for us to meet you, as it is for you to get to know us. Please ask loads of questions.

Code Screen

We will then ask you to come into the office for a technical interview with our Head of Engineering, James. We're not a fan of putting extra work on your plate with take-home tasks, so you will be asked to talk through a piece of your code that you are proud of or feel represents your work best.

Onsite Interview

All going well you will stick around the same day to meet some of the team for a 'values fit' chat.
