Lucca is a pure-player SaaS company : half the team works in R&D, be it as a dev, lead, product owner or UX. Our business is no less than freeing employees from the hassle of administrative tasks and pencil-pushing : leave management, expense claims, time traking...

Our cloud solutions are used by a wide range of compagnies, among which many funky businesses & start-ups : Deezer, Withings, Michel & Augustin, Uber (yeah, only the french subsidiairy ATM)... We have more than 900 clients and there's more every day !

What makes us stand out is the we believe that management software needn't be gray, ugly and depressing. We're obsessed with look & feel, but as we tackle serious subjects (payroll & accounting), we're really into quality work. We sure take the time to pay our tech debt.

We like exploring new innovative stuff, connecting our APIs with other services to provide our users nifty features and we like experimenting with new technologies on a regular basis.

There are several senior devs at Lucca, from whom you'll be able to learn a lot if you're a junior. Already a master yourself ? Then you'll have stuff to teach us and we'll gladly listen.

On the culture side, we're some kind of tribe with a lot of transparency (salaries are public and employees with enough seniority get to set their own salaries). We've got a lot of weird and funny rituals : come and check them out by yourself !
