LiveStyled’s vision is to become the global technology platform for the monetisation of mobile devices across live events. We do this by creating ‘white-labelled’ apps for venues, stadiums and retailers operating within the Events Industry. LiveStyled’s ‘live commerce’ platform, (called BackStage) controls these apps by using advanced data science and analytics to identify consumer behaviours. From this information gathered, we can produce real increase in spend from the user via their mobile phones.
LiveStyled was born from Concert Live, a live event retailer with an 11-year history of working with globally renowned artists and iconic venues. Concert Live created and sold live recordings for some of the world’s biggest acts including Robbie Williams, Elton John and KISS alongside selling limited edition vinyls and merchandise. In 2013, Concert Live started work on the LiveStyled platform to provide a commercial solution for mobile use at entertainment events. This combination of technological delivery and years of direct experience of retailing at live events perfectly positions LiveStyled to deliver on its vision. Although we rarely produce new live recordings these days, we do still sell the old recordings that we have on www.concertlive.com and the site remains a hub for lovers of exclusive music products, giving us an opportunity to test and learn eCommerce best practices.
