Introduction

KickBack Rewards Systems is on a mission to make good customers better. KickBack operates America's largest coalition loyalty program called “KickBack Points.” With our software solution and loyalty platform that integrates directly into a merchants point-of-sale system a customer can earn points, valuable rewards and then spend their KickBack points like cash at convenience stores, grocers and major drug chains across the country. Our roots

Our principal owners, and CEO Pat Lewis started KickBack in 1999 with his own funds. Fast-forward to 2015 and we're a profitable company with over 20 million dollars in gross revenue per year. We have a development staff of about 24 and are looking to grow it this year.

Our location

We offer remote positions but if you're interested in a change of pace, our headquarters is a great place to work too. It's located in Twin Falls, ID. Fishing, Hiking, Skiing, Snowboarding, and white-water rafting are all things to enjoy when you visit. Twin Falls is also home to the Snake River, a canyon that ranges up to 500 feet (150 meters) deep and 0.25 miles (0.4 kilometers) wide, and runs for just over 50 miles. The canyon is well known as the site of an unsuccessful 1974 attempt by Evel Knievel to jump across it in the Skycycle X-2 rocket. The dirt ramp built for that jump is still there and remains a tourist attraction.

How we recruit

We first hire for cultural fit and second for someone who is smart and gets things done. Although we're a performance culture (get it done!) we're a laid back, fun and whimsical group. We're not really interested in bringing a jerk into our bubbly group.
