What We Do
Kernel is on a mission to enable entertainers to delight their fandoms with spectacular products and experiences. Starting with major motion picture studios, Kernel has built a marketplace that brings together consumers with the chaotic mix of creators, rights holders, and retailers that, at the expense of their shared audience, are all too often at cross purpose to the business interests of each other. Kernel's work has been to innovate the means both technologically and contractually to enable comprehensive entertainment products that can more naturally span the boundaries of rights holders and retailers that make richer the fandoms and content people love.
How We Interview & Hire
Our interview process begins with an intro call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Kernel is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone/video call to either deep dive into your resume (Sales/Design/Product), or for a technical screen (Engineering). The onsite can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet several key stakeholders on the team, as well as our CEO and one of our Founders.
