The interview process is normally 3 stages:
First there will be a phone call to establish a fit between you and Judo, both culturally and in terms of experience.
Second there is a technical on-site interview with the VP of Engineering and a couple of the developers to get a more detailed understanding of your experience and to check the depth of your knowledge as well as ensuring you will get along with the rest of the team.
Third there is an on-site interview with the executive team who will give you a better understanding of our road map, goals and broader vision, and give an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have on the commercial side. At this point you will receive all the details of the offer and have an opportunity to ask any questions - we want you to love working at Judo and to make us love you too!
