Today’s banks are completely inefficient: built on decades of legacy systems, they are self-serving, reckless and offer poor customer experience. The mystery for us was to understand why nothing serious had been done to really change banking.

We knew banking is heavily regulated, so we started getting everything ready to do everything by the book to create a new banking model: users keep their money, as a financial institution, we do not lend out our users money to profit from them.
We want to offer a solution without fees or commissions, as we will make money with the merchant's interchange fees on the debit card swipes.

In the creative process of giving everyone control over their money, we built a unique, private architecture: the Jiko.
We have built the first private computational bank that puts the user at the center, while offering a more efficient, simple, secure experience. It’s for money, for data, for peace of mind. Everyone needs a Jiko.
