Creditspring is a small team based in London, focused on improving the lives of ordinary people by improving their access to finance. It was founded by Neil Kadagathur and Aravind Chandrasekaran in 2016, who set up the company after leaving careers in corporate finance with the desire to do something more.
We're one of the UK's few FinTech firms looking to disrupt consumer credit, and we've raised a modest amount of funding to make that happen. Our team has spent time at Startup Bootcamp, Zopa, House Trip, Simply Business, Goldman Sachs and more.
It's a really exciting time for us as we're in the final stages of our FCA authorisation process and we're gearing up to acquire our first 1,000 customers and beyond. Because we're a startup, you can expect no two days to ever be the same. As one of our first ever employees you're in an amazing position to shape our product, and build something that could benefit millions of people.
You won't be micromanaged or left alone to deal with impossible problems. We have a culture where no idea is sacred or can't be challenged, and we believe in honesty and simplicity. If you're a talented communicator, aren't afraid of big problems and are looking to join a world-class team hell-bent on improving the consumer credit landscape, then Creditspring could be for you.
