Hire a new employee in Zenefits? Hive will automatically create onboarding actions to get the team ready for that employee's first day.

Our goal

Hive is aiming to end too-many-tools disease. As companies move more and more of their core business onto cloud software, people are forced to be split between five, ten or even more tools for a single workflow. Hive ends that. Our goal at Hive is to be the stage hands powering the best teams in the world. That leaves us with non-stop exciting challenges that live at the intersection of human and technical.

The pace

Working on an early-stage product means we move at a pace that is blistering fast and scrappy. This is part of what gives us the upper-hand on all competitors. Rapid change and improvement does not come for free, though. Our pace means that we must value a delicate balance between pragmatism and complexity - something that takes a toll on even the clearest thinkers.
