About Us

HelloTech grew from the realization that we were our friends and family's goto resources for anything technical. Got a computer problem? Need advice on a new smartphone? Questions about that gizmo you saw on the news? We were the ones fielding those problems and questions. But what if you had a service you trusted just as much as your cousin Jane or uncle Steve?

That's what we want to create. A service that provides quality, affordable tech support and trusted advice and assistance when you have questions or concerns.

Everyone of us truly believes in this vision. The industry ($21B in consumer support alone) as it stands now is poorly served by outdated and expensive services that most people aren't terribly happy with. We aim to change that. Add in the opportunities presented by forging that great relationship with a customer and the potential is tremendous.
