The HelloDone is changing the ecommerce post purchase customer experience by integrating directly with retailers and logistics carriers and using Conversational AI to solve post purchase queries and automatically handling home deliveries and returns. We are at the forefront of social commerce, enabling WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram for online retailers and ecommerce platforms:
● ~85% automation containment of all queries through our platform
● Partnering with Meta and our clients to enable automated conversations on Instagram
● Built our own in-house recommendation engine to drive new sales through social messaging channels
