How We Interview
We enjoy connecting with candidates with an introductory call to have an opportunity to get to know you, what you're looking for in a career, and explain more about our company, values, and team. We want you to build a meaningful career and believe Handshake can provide an amazing opportunity for you to have an impact, learn and grow.
After your initial call, you will partner with one of our Engineers for a technical screen and then we will invite you onsite to our office to meet with a diverse set of Handshake team members. Our onsite interview is designed to understand your skills, experiences and career goals so we can make sure you can make the best decision for your career. We pride ourselves on being transparent throughout the entire interview process with conversations around compensation, equity, the impact you will make here at Hired.
