    Who are H4?

    H4 is a utility for the marketplace to benefit investment banks, law firms, financial investors, issuers and other market participants.

    H4 is working closely with many of these institutions and was the first company to join the J.P. Morgan In-Residence Program.

    The H4 Team

    The H4 team is defined by its unusual mix of people – as diverse in expertise as it is in background and outlook. We’re a motley crew of investment bankers, technologists, corporate lawyers and product designers. We’re from Manhattan and Skopje, Switzerland and Stoke. We’re Oxbridge grads and university dropouts; DotA players and polo players, all working side by side.

    As different as we are, we’re first and foremost a team. United by a shared belief in the creative power of collaboration, an intense curiosity, and a common mission, we’re able to find inspiration from each others experiences. Because it’s only by blending the industry knowledge of seasoned finance professionals and lawyers with the ingenuity and perspective of expert designers and engineers, that we can build a technology capable of transforming our industry for the better.
