Our process begins with a quick call to help you understand the position and give us a glimpse into what you're looking for. From there, we will conduct a technical screen interview which gives you a chance to show your skills. Lastly, you will be invited onsite to checkout our office and interview with our CTO. For our Engineering candidates, our onsite interview includes a technical round, as well as a "real-talk" conversation around our process and technologies. We are always transparent during the entire interview process with conversations around compensation, equity, and the impact you will make here at Grin.
