How We Interview

Our process begins with a quick call to help you understand the position and give us a glimpse into what you're looking for. From there, we will conduct a technical screen interview which gives you a chance to show your skills. Lastly, you will be invited onsite to checkout our office and interview with our CTO. For our Engineering candidates, our onsite interview includes a technical round, as well as a "real-talk" conversation around our process and technologies. We are always transparent during the entire interview process with conversations around compensation, equity, and the impact you will make here at Grin.

Our Engineering team is small, fast paced and highly productive. We work hard to find self-starters who play well with others, are open to new ideas and technologies, and bring real-world experience to our team.
