The Role: We're seeking a Director of Digital Solutions to build ghSMART's foundational technology and digital solutions function. Reporting directly to the Chief Solutions Officer, this skilled technical product manager will hire and directly manage engineering, people analytics/data science, and UX resources to identify, scope, develop and scale profitable digital products that complement our existing consulting services business. You will serve as an intrapreneur with P&L ownership, conceptualizing and driving the product development roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Build the founding technical team for ghSMART's Leadership Intelligence Unit (gLIU) by identifying key hires and subsequently recruiting, onboarding, and managing them to enable product development
• Own and drive the cohesive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and digitally-enabled client solutions, leveraging research, data, and business/client needs to prioritize high-ROI products
• Conduct customer and market research to identify and prioritize opportunities that complement and build upon ghSMART's existing IP and suite of client services
• Execute against the product roadmap, leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive the product development process and rhythm and reliably deliver on milestones and revenue/profit goals
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement, rigor, and goal-orientation; Measure, iterate on, and deliver a "gold standard" client experience
• Successfully build relationships internally with ghSMART consultants and partners to drive alignment and excitement around the product roadmap

What You've Done & Enjoy Doing:

• Track record of successful "zero to one" product development with clear financial returns in a B2B environment
• Experience hiring and managing a team of technical resources from the ground up
• Goal- and action-oriented, setting clear objectives for your team and prioritizing speed of learning
• High level of comfort navigating and operating in ambiguity
• Deft market and customer research skills, used to inform a prioritized product roadmap and to build user-friendly products
• Scrappy sensibility; able to "get your hands dirty" in code as needed to get MVPs off the ground (CS Degree preferred)
• Maturity to communicate with/engage C-level clients and partners orally and in writing
• Agile tools & methodologies

• Must be authorized to work in the United States or United Kingdom
