Germain Software was founded in 2006 by Yannick Germain, a former C++ engineer at Siebel Systems in San Mateo, Silicon Valley. It started as a consulting business focused on full-stack technology performance optimization. After completing four successful consulting engagements with Alltel Communications, Canal Plus, NetApp, and Schlumberger, Yannick decided to expand the company. He hired a team of interns to develop a real-time analytic software exclusively designed to monitor the user experience (UX) of Siebel CRM.
In 2014, Yannick retired that Siebel CRM-specific monitoring software and replaced it with a brand new all-in-one UX platform for any stacks. Germain UX is a platform that helps monitor, analyze, and improve UX across any applications. It is a very versatile and customizable solution built by an exceptionally talented and senior team of software engineers and architects. Initially used by DevOps organizations, the Germain UX platform gained traction in early 2017 when Business Organizations, such as CX, Marketing, Sales, and UX teams, started adopting it.
Some of the notable customers using Germain UX include American Airlines, ANZ Bank, eBay, General Electric, Pepsico, United Healthcare, among others.
Although we are a small yet solid and growing organization, we believe in maintaining a work-life balance. We work hard and value the importance of every team member, treating them with respect at all times.
