germain software was founded in 2006, by Yannick Germain, former C++ engineer at Siebel Systems (San Mateo, Silicon Valley), and started as a consulting business focused on full-stack technology performance optimization. After 4 successful consulting engagements (with Alltel Communications, Canal Plus, NetApp and Schlumberger), Yannick hired a team of engineers to build a real-time analytic software exclusively intended to monitor UX of Siebel CRM. In 2014, Yannick retired this monitoring tool and replaced it by a brand new APM -platform- totally configurable, big data scalable and generically built by a team of exceptionally talented, motivated and fun-to-work with software engineers, like our next hires we hope:). germain APM platform was initially used by DevOps organizations and early 2017, Business Organizations (CX, Marketing, Sales, UX teams) have successfully been adopting germain APM. Customers include American Airlines, eBay, GEH, Pepsico, Sky TV, Tele2, United Healthcare, Volvo, etc. We are small yet solid and growing organization, we work hard yet believe there has to be a balance between personal life and work. Everybody in the team is very important and treated as such, at all time.
