WHAT WE DO
Galactic Fog was founded by engineers to enable one primary goal - how can we help other engineers build scalable software more quickly? Over the past 4 years we have been working on executing this goal by building the Gestalt Platform, which provides a common management interface for teams to rapidly adopt, build, and deploy cross-cloud, enterprise scale function-as-a-service (FaaS / serverless) applications and containers-as-a-service (CaaS) while providing deeply integrated audit, security and governance capabilities. Galactic Fog is headquartered in New York City.

HOW WE INTERVIEW AND HIRE
Our interview process begins with an introductory call to help you better understand the opportunity, provide us with some insight into your interests and motivations, and to help you decide if Galactic Fog is a good fit for you. From there, we will conduct a technical screen with one of our senior engineers so you can show us your skills. Lastly, you will be invited onsite to interview with a panel from our product/engineering group.

Our onsite interview is designed to assess for a broad range of skills so that we can gain an understanding of what you bring to the team and where you shine while at the same time you can get a feel for your potential teammates. For engineering candidates, our onsite interview includes a technical round as well as conversations around our internal processes. We pride ourselves on being transparent throughout the entire process with discussions around compensation, equity, and the impact you will have at Galactic Fog.
