Compensation and retirement
Free Association matches 401k contributions, up to 3% of your salary. If you choose not to contribute, we will still contribute 3% of your salary. You are eligible to enroll immediately and are 100% vested. We also offer pre-tax commuter benefits via Wage Works

15 vacation days are accrued in first year and 20 vacation days are accrued annually after year one. We have 10 company holidays and the week between Christmas & New Year's. Additionally, we offer 2 free time days, paid sick days (based on state law), 1 Volunteer day, and work from home Fridays.
