We are now a team of 550+ people and proudly partner with some of the most exciting and disruptive banks and Fintech's globally.
Having focussed initially on UK and European markets, Form3 now have an expanding presence in the US.
Though dotted across the UK ๐ฌ๐ง, Europe ๐ช๐บ, Canada ๐จ๐ฆ, Argentina ๐ฆ๐ท and US ๐บ๐ธ, our love for cloud-native technology is what unites us.
Technical excellence is our passion and we delight in using technology to continually improve our customer's experience. When you combine that with operational excellence, magic happens.
The Form3 platform is built on a powerful micro-services architecture and provides a single point of access to the full universe of payment schemes.
Code quality and correctness are paramount at Form3 as our multi-cloud platform needs to be secure, scalable and highly available in order to process millions of payments per day.
Achieving this as a truly remote company requires a lot of thought. Working within small, self-managed teams, our engineers utilise a combination of sync and async workflows giving them freedom to work how they feel most productive.
By utilising the latest cloud-native technologies, and embracing the DevOps mindset, at Form3 youโll be responsible for every aspect of the work youโre delivering, from design and testing, through to deployments and infrastructure operations.
Go is our primary programming language as itโs perfect for building out our highly-performant, event-driven micro-services architecture.
This exposes our engineers a wide variety of challenges and provides plenty of opportunity to grow.
Form3โs Software Engineering team is 100% remote and distributed across 20+ countries around the world. We recognise our Engineers are our biggest asset and therefore have invested a lot of energy into creating a positive and productive engineering culture.
Our teams favour collaborative development and leverage open-source tools and communities, whilst making sure to share their know-how back up stream.
People can work from wherever they are happiest and most productive, whether that is in an office or from a hammock in their garden. We work hard to make sure we donโt lose the human connection and that our people are given trust to excel at what they do.
