We're three co-founders with a lot of experience building sales organizations and selling enterprise software. Between us, we have one strong exit under our belt. We believe there's a missing piece to the work environment upon asking the question: "do you know your people?". Most often - the people don't even know themselves (am I performing well at work? What criteria do I use? Am I happy working here?). We're on a mission to solve that problem. We work out of a top notch start up studio that houses a highly curated group of companies (we aren't funded by the studio yet though they're letting us use their resources while we ramp up).
