Tejs Broberg (CEO) and Brian Bentow (CTO) ran LendAmend LLC for 4 years and then sold the company to FIS Global in October 2013. Brian supported the transition of LendAmend into FIS Global for 15 months and Tejs worked at FIS Global for almost 3 years. Then, in 2016, Tejs and Brian co-founded FinDox to solve a problem that they discovered while working on LendAmend. Before the company was formed, Tejs met with 15 prospective clients. After 14 of the 15 clients said that they needed the product yesterday and 1 said that they built a bespoke solution in-house to solve the problem, Tejs knew that FinDox's solution had product market fit. Then, FinDox signed several of those prospective customers as beta customers, raised seed capital, and started building the platform. After 6 months, beta customers began using the platform. The platform was fully live with our 1st product with paying clients on Jan 1, 2018.

Our 2nd product was fully live in September, 2020.

FinDox is currently working on its 3rd product and hopes to take it live in the next 3 - 6 months.
