Be it through self-serve environments delivered in a Google Cloud Platform project or working with our colleagues in Data Science to breathe life into frighteningly cognizant machine learning AIs we provide the data foundations to everything Farfetch does!

We are a happy bunch of Data Engineers making it happen with Airflow, Kubernetes, BigQuery and Terraform. Aided by a super group of Python Devs supporting Data Science teams with expertise and engineering best practices we deliver products, data models and playgrounds for data analysts and marketeers. What we are doing is unique. Bringing new thinking, new tech and a new approaches to Data Engineering at Farfetch. Farfetch Engineering spans the globe with locations in China, Porto, Lisbon, São Paulo and New York City with just over 100 Data people and nearly 1000 Engineers overall you will be in good company working with some of the brightest.

Farfetch.com is the only truly global luxury digital marketplace at scale where lovers of fashion anywhere in the world can shop for an unrivalled range of incredible products from the world’s best brands and boutiques. Inspiration, unique content and services are offered in localized websites in 12 local languages, multilingual customer support and great delivery options including same-day delivery in 18 major global cities and F90 store to door in 90 minutes. As of March 31, 2018, over 2,900 different brands were available on our marketplace and shipped to 190 countries around the world.
