EngageRocket is a feedback and analytics web application that allows companies to run surveys throughout the employee lifecycle. Through simple automated pulse surveys with research-backed questions, it collects the data, analyse it and present it back to business owners and managers regularly so they get the right insights to make better decisions, grow leaders and engage employees. EngageRocket makes creating a better workplace easy and affordable for owners and managers.

There will always be a fully-stocked pantry and what we buy changes regularly. Every team member gets a chance to stock their favourites in our pantry (Lemons are the co-founders’s favourite - we have a habit of drinking fresh lemon water daily!) Not to mention the ocassional catered team lunches!
