SHORT INTRODUCTION

We are a young tech company based on the idea that work should be FUN! (If you like jargon, it means we are in the 'HR industry') We’re on a crusade to bring connectedness back into work and design experiences that ignite relationships - making people HAPPY. Happiness gets rid of fear, anxiety, and hesitation, which means our best selves are ever present and fueling business innovation.

After a huge first year success with lots of big client wins and extra funding under our belt, we are now growing our development team to take our product to the next level, and that is where you come in... We need people that want's to be a part of our success story and help shape our future. If you think that's you, keep reading.

WHO WE ARE

For us, Loving what we do is paramount. Every human is better when they are engaged and interested. We create a place where everybody loves what they do. 'Not possible' some say. - Why the hell not! We play as a team in an environment where whacky thoughts and dumb questions always are welcomed - that’s how we innovate. In the spirit of the great Steve Jobs ‘Stay hungry, stay foolish.’

We keep it real by being authentic and honest in what we do and conduct our business accordingly. We don't settle for an OK solution, status quo or the word ‘NO’. We always listen to our customers. They may not have the solutions, but they sure as heck know what the big problems are. We make it all about them - delight and surprise them, never just satisfy them. We work quickly, understanding their needs, responding, grabbing feedback, iterating and re-designing until it's just right. We move fast and stay relevant.
