The three founding partners met over 20 years ago solving industry changing problems at a major bank, and tired of the corporate culture and restrictions on creativity they founded the firm in 2006 to to get to grips with some of the nuttier problems faced with new, creative approaches. The firm weathered the downturn by its focus on some of the "must do" issues of the day, and are now involved with the challenge of overcoming the tsunami of change going across the financial industry.
We take on work that others have failed at, or are beyond the talents of their own organization, and enjoy technology challenges that need top be overcome.
We don't have walls and we believe in an open, collaborative, "challenge the status quo" environment and see innovation as a key component of what we deliver.
The people we hire are able to understand the goals, not need more than guidance, and can "get stuff done", even if at times the level of collaboration can get too noisy!
