Our Mission:
We're on an ambitious mission to solve a very big problem. Personal data has been misused and abused by companies around the world for years and we believe it's time to change that. We believe people should have complete transparency and control of how and where their information is used online.

Large consumer apps will no longer use their users data as a competitive advantage and rather than controlling data via closed networks, Dock aligns incentives between people and applications they use. We're creating open networks of connectivity, breaking down walled gardens and enabling completely new innovation through data interoperability.

Between GDPR coming into effect, the Facebook scandal, and constant data breaches, we believe the time is now to make a change and have a huge impact on the internet. Dock is the data layer that will power every consumer app on the web.

Our Team:
We are a group of passionate individuals who value hard work, authenticity and growth. With team members in 8 countries, we bring a global mentality to our work that allows us to execute on our mission to connect the internet and empower individuals. We value strong communication and believe that having the best talent is more important that all sitting in an office together.

Our Interview Process:
Stage 1 - 30 min intro call: high-level call to learn about Dock and share your interests, motivations and background.

Stage 2 - 1 hour call: connect with two people from our team for a deeper discussion about the role, your experience, and what it's like to work at Dock.

Stage 3 - 2 hour onsite: join us at our San Francisco office to meet more of the team. We will ask you to complete and present a relevant exercise to demonstrate your process and how you think about problems. You'll have an opportunity to ask our team questions and learn about our process.

The team will connect following the meeting and together decide if we will move forward with an offer or not.
