Cruncher is an AI-driven news platform that aggregates, summarises and distributes articles to users.

We are driven by the belief that the way we digest our news fundamentally informs our view of the world. It's currently impossible to form an exhaustive, global picture of a particular issue. And most worryingly, intentional and unintentional bias infiltrates all aspects of news content, from editorial choices to discovery.

To solve this, we are building an artificially intelligent journalist capable of beyond-human objectivity. We aggregate and understand articles, cluster them around a particular topic, and then articulate the key information in depolarised summaries of our own.

We firmly believe that Natural Language Processing is the master key to unlocking a deeper-than-human understanding of the world, allowing us to eliminate biases and get closer to the truth.
